Patrick Mullally was born and raised in Stoudsburg, and graduated from Stroudsburg High School. He has been actively employed in the hospitality industry for close to 40 years. He worked at many Pocono facilities as a bartender first and then moved into the management level, including managing at the Crescent Lodge for 10 years.
After that he got into a partnership to own and manage The Dansbury Depot in East Stroudsburg. He and his partner were able to take a struggling business there from 650k in sales to a high of 3.1m in sales at its peak. He at one time became sole proprietor and owned this establishment for 23 years before selling.
In the same time span he originated, owned and managed Bleachers Sports Bar and Restaurant on Route 611, as well as The Green Caboose located next to The Dansbury Depot. He has now been in a lease agreement with Stroud Township for over 7 years and owns Mullally's Clubhouse Cafe located here at Glen Book Golf course.
Interestingly he bartended for one golf season at Glen Brook, some 30 years ago. In his tenure here he has built a reputable business by
continuing to strive for improvement and make changes to accommodate his clientele. He is passionate about the industry and business and works tirelessly to be successful.
Now, Mullally's Clubhouse Cafe is popular for lunch and dinner
as well as has built a reputation for hosting wonderful private functions. With a great culinary team in place they are now also offering to cater off premise functions. His new business venture seems to be gaining in popularity and reputation.
